I am committed to providing professional guidance and counseling, particularly life skills development and empowerment. My style of counseling is person centered, an eclectic approach, based on a humanistic model for individuals, groups, couple and family sessions. I believe that every individual is unique. I incorporate different modalities of treatment drawing from models such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytic, Motivational and Spiritual.
Coaching is a helpful way to develop yourself as a person, work through pivotal changes, or live a more focused life. I’m looking forward to working with you to help you cultivate a life of greatness!
One of the things I most enjoy about coaching is that it isn’t about fixing people. Instead, a coach functions as a partner, helping you live out your own values and dreams for your life. You’ll be the one setting the agenda. I’ll focus our conversations and help you to go deeper and reach higher in your life. We’ll explore the strategies and support structures you need to succeed in reaching your dreams and goals, and together we’ll create a customized, systematic plan and walk it out to make your goal a reality.
“Mentoring is to support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order that they may maximise their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be.” Eric Parsloe, The Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring
Mentoring is a great way of learning life experiences, it gives you firsthand knowledge on many things in life. I would like you to offer you mentoring opportunities based on my life experiences
Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. It is an effective way of helping people to progress in their careers and is becoming increasing popular as its potential is realised. It is a partnership between two people (mentor and mentee) normally working in a similar field or sharing similar experiences. It is a helpful relationship based upon mutual trust and respect.
